Job summary

TES Recruiting is partnering with a growing industrial manufacturer seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, integrate equipment and support manufacturing performance across its Utah operations.

The role will work closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to solve production problems, improve flow and reliability, and implement practical equipment and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related Eng.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, automation or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
• Lean, DFM, controls, robotics or validation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality and throughput.
• Design, specify and integrate machinery, tooling and automation.
• Lead or support equipment projects from design through production release.
• Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Develop layouts to improve material flow, ergonomics and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Controls teams.
