Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven technologies in manufacturing.
• Ability to identify and implement AI solutions that improve performance, quality, maintenance, planning, or cost.
• Hands-on experience bridging manufacturing expertise and AI, not just theory.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and decision-making.
• Track record of digital transformation and AI adoption in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact manufacturing problems where AI can improve quality, productivity, cost or performance.
• Develop and deploy practical AI for real-time inspection, defect detection, and closed‑loop quality.
• Analyze bottlenecks and improve throughput and OEE; partner with site teams to implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop AI use cases for maintenance and equipment management; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI to production planning, scheduling, demand forecasting, and supply planning; enhance inventory performance.
• Move AI solutions from concept to production, measure business value, and drive adoption.
