• HVAC experience and certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform heating and air-conditioning repairs and related tasks.
• Snow removal and general building maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Close out resident work orders and coordinate with tenants.
• Communicate with supervisors and tenants about tasks.
