Atrium Management Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform service requests, on-call duties, and daily property upkeep across our communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general systems, while delivering top-notch resident service and teamwork.

Requirements include HVAC certification, at least 2 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with basic computer tools and property management software

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall repairs and installation
• At least 2 years of maintenance technician experience
• HVAC certification required; EPA Universal, CPO; REAC preferred
• Basic computer skills including email; experience with property mgmt software

Responsabilités

• Complete all service requests in a timely manner
• Inspect the community and record deficiencies
• Order supplies and parts within budget
• Perform routine maintenance across units and common areas
• Assist with make-readies and on-call duties as needed
