Vista Springs seeks a dependable maintenance professional to support a Full of Life community. Responsibilities include painting, flooring, lighting, basic electrical tasks, room moves, and general facility support to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in maintenance with plumbing/electrical/painting knowledge, and a valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of maintenance experience with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting is a must.
• Driver’s License is required.
