Job summary

Blue Moon Metals is seeking a Laborer / Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation of the project site through maintenance, repair, and general labor tasks. The role involves keeping facilities clean and functional, assisting with repairs, and ensuring a safe work environment in a dynamic mining setting.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing a wide range of physical tasks with a team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, mining, or related fields preferred.
Experience operating light equipment, power tools, and maintenance equipment is an asset.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use common tools.
Strong work ethic and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to site buildings and facilities.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance projects.
Maintain site roads, parking areas, signage, and grounds for safety.
Support snow removal, dust control, vegetation management, and seasonal maintenance.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
Assist with construction, installation, and relocation of site infrastructure.
