Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to organize and direct the on-site maintenance team. You will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and meets 24-hour service standards while leading by example as a working supervisor in all maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• EPA Certification.
• HVAC Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and direct day-to-day maintenance team operations and lead by example as a working supervisor.
• Oversee all service requests, callbacks, and ensure timely completion.
• Walk the property to identify safety hazards and implement preventive actions.
• Uphold and enforce safety training instructions.
• Maintain and implement NALS PM Binder documentation and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Oversee pool safety and daily logs; maintain site binder documentation.
• Assist with unit turns and respond to after-hours emergencies.
