Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance team of ~6 technicians on the 3rd shift.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and shift performance.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, overhead chains, and processing equipment.
• Ensure safety policies, LOTO procedures, and OSHA/USDA standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and shift reports.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
