Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Maintain a personable, resident-first approach and uphold Wasatch brand standards.
