Job summary

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective work, coach technicians, and partner with operations to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, and knowledge of CMMS, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or similar.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating work orders and repairs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA safety practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for distribution center equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities, assign work orders, and ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime, and CMMS activity.
• Provide hands-on leadership and safety compliance guidance.
