HW Staffing Solutions in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and systems. The role requires supervising maintenance mechanics, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and efficiency, with on-call, overtime, and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in electrical maintenance and repair.
Must read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to be on‑call and work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and direct the daily activities of Maintenance Mechanics.
Delegate and prioritize maintenance work assignments based on operational needs.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility equipment issues.
Coordinate, oversee, and participate in installation, relocation, and commissioning of facility equipment.
Schedule and perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintain organized work areas and ensure tools and equipment are secured.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily reports.
