Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort seeks a hands-on Support Technician to assist in maintaining resort facilities, grounds, and operational spaces. The role emphasizes dependable daily support, basic maintenance, and property care to keep the environment clean, safe, and functional.

You will work across property operations, handling equipment care, waste management, and seasonal tasks within the Engineering Department, gaining practical skills and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to speak English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, rotating shifts.
• Previous maintenance, facilities, hospitality, landscaping, custodial or related experience helpful, but equivalent hands-on learning may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort facilities, grounds, and operational spaces.
• Respond to operational needs with dependable daily support.
• Care for equipment and work areas with attention to detail.
• Assist with waste management and seasonal support.
• Coordinate daily assignments across areas with limited supervision.
• Perform basic repairs or replacements using hand and power tools.
• Support snow removal and other Engineering Team functions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Engineering Team and leadership.
