Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Technician to assist the Site Manager in operating apartment and townhome communities. Responsibilities include maintaining interiors and exteriors, ensuring appliances, heating/cooling, and lighting function properly, and supporting resident needs.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service, remodeling or construction experience, and are punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. E-verify noted.

• Maintain grounds: pick up trash, empty receptacles, weed control.
• Inspect grounds and tenant units with Site/Regional Managers.
• Provide efficient customer service to residents.
