Job summary

Union is seeking a Maintenance Worker General to help build, repair, and maintain our facilities. You will work with experienced team members across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to keep buildings, equipment, and grounds operating safely.

You should be dependable, safety minded, and able to read blueprints, estimate materials, and coordinate with others to complete tasks on time. This role offers varied, hands-on work across multiple trades and the chance to make a real

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance and construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions.
• Experience across multiple maintenance trades preferred.
• Ability to estimate time, materials, and resources for projects.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance, construction, and repair projects.
• Perform semi-skilled work across carpentry, electrical, painting, masonry, plumbing, and related maintenance functions.
• Clean drains and perform basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Install glass in windows, doors, and partitions.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings.
• Assist with generator setup and related maintenance tasks.
• Install and repair fixtures such as window shades, curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks.
