Job summary

Dove Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director for the Eau Claire West campus to keep facilities safe, efficient, and well‑functioning for residents and staff. This is a leadership role with on‑call rotation and a strong focus on preventive maintenance and repairs.

You will oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler and generator systems, and coordinate upkeep both inside and outside the facility while complying with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma, or 5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and perform professional-level maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general construction.
• Handle painting and upkeep inside and outside the facility.
• Conduct routine tests, inspections, and safety checks on facility systems.
• Maintain and update fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans.
