Job summary
Camden Development, Inc. offers a Maintenance Apprentice Program at one of our premier communities. Apprentices will work under a seasoned Camden maintenance supervisor, gaining hands‑on maintenance skills and exposure to Camden culture and policies.
During 6–12 weeks, apprentices learn all facets of residential maintenance, including safety, appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and customer service. Upon completion, qualified apprentices may be hired as full‑time maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in, or have recently completed, an HVAC/CAMT program or have equivalent residential maintenance experience
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of technical skills as it relates to apartment maintenance
