Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance on machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work with automated and semi-automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support machine operators by identifying and resolving mechanical or operational issues.
• Retrieve inventory by size, color, quantity, and quality to meet specs.
• Assist threading, needle changes, and removing quilted rolls from equipment.
• Collaborate with operators to uphold product quality throughout production.
• Provide guidance and solutions to operator questions during shifts.
