The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain growth and operational excellence in metals and wire mesh processing.

Qualifications

• AS9100 and NADCAP experience a plus.
• Experience with metals and wire mesh manufacturing processes a plus.
• Meticulous and thorough work style.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Exceptional and active communications skills.
• Analyzes complex functions and problems to find solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, and drive CI projects with a hands-on approach.
• Identify and eliminate waste and reduce process variability.
• Analyze and implement manufacturing processes across facilities.
• Share information with and gather input from Manufacturing teams.
• Identify productivity issues related to quality, cost, timing and environment.
• Validate productivity processes and improve takt time and floor space utilization.
• Evaluate machinery and processes for ergonomic and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with sourcing for strategic decisions and improvements.
• Lead work transfer projects to balance workload and increase customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as required.
