La Paloma Country Club in Tucson, AZ is hiring a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician. This hands-on role requires resolving a variety of maintenance issues, coordinating vendor support, and ensuring work is tested and complete.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, while maintaining equipment and documenting work orders. A high school diploma or GED is required, with relevant certifications a plus.

Formación

• Three or more years of hands-on commercial, hospitality, club, resort, apartment, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and equipment repairs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and follow projects through to completion.
• Comfortable using email, tablets, photographs, and digital work-order systems.

Responsabilidades

• Performs hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanical systems.
• Responds promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Evaluates repairs, identifies root causes, and determines parts needed.
• Sources parts from local suppliers and other resources.
• Owns work orders from assessment to completion, testing and documentation.
• Maintains tools, supplies, records, and maintenance areas.
• Occasional after-hours or emergency support as needed.
