CKC Automation, LLC, based in Benicia, CA, is hiring a hands-on Controls & Data Engineering Manager to lead a team and stay closely involved in project delivery. You will manage end-to-end automation projects, coordinate with engineering, PM, and sales, and drive technical excellence and accountability.

You will mentor engineers, set standards, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in industrial automation / controls engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven success delivering complex automation projects (design and commissioning).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Controls & Data Engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end automation projects from concept to commissioning.
• Drive engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with customers, project management, and sales to scope solutions.
