Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have valid ID and birth certificate (Permanent Resident Card accepted).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer).
• Bilingual preferred.
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred.
• 2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred.
• Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
• Participate in operations meetings
• Follow up on quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with client work order program.
• Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
• Review supplies
• Manage equipment audit compliance
• Equipment inventory.
• Employee coaching
