Job summary

Ahi Facility Services is seeking a reliable Working Janitorial Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to lead a custodial team and participate in daily cleaning duties. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring strong leadership and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities include ensuring scope compliance, participating in meetings, monitoring quality, and coaching staff. Prior supervisory experience in cleaning services is preferred, with strict background checks and valid identifications

Qualifications

• Must pass background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have valid ID and birth certificate (Permanent Resident Card accepted)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.

• Other Janitorial Duties as Needed

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred

2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred

Pay based on experience
