Job summary

FRANK DONIO INC in Hammonton, NJ seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across multi-location infrastructure, ERP, EDI, and cybersecurity, with hands-on capacity when needed. You will manage Azure/M365, Cisco Meraki networking, servers, end-user support, and vendor relations while guiding modernization and IT governance in a lean team environment.

This role requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT function, team, or major IT area.
• Ability to work hands-on when necessary and escalate appropriately.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and integrations (EDI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Oversee end-user support, cybersecurity, backups, and DR planning.
• Manage ERP and EDI processes, vendor relationships, and projects.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for upgrades and integrations.
• Provide executive-level recommendations on technology investments.
