Job summary

Albourne America LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking an IT Intern to provide hands-on support for IT operations, including device deployment, inventory management, asset tracking, and workspace setup. The role is on-site and suitable for students or recent grads, with a compensation of $25 per hour and a 3-month duration.

You will assist with cloud deployment activities, organize IT spaces, maintain an up-to-date laptop inventory, and help ensure workstations meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Currently studying toward a college degree or already graduated.
• Strong interest in computers and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to attend company events upon request.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cloud deployment activities.
• Organize and clean the IT workspace and storage areas.
• Identify faulty machines, ensure securely wiped, salvage components, and prepare for recycling.
• Wipe decommissioned machines and install a fresh Windows image.
• Create and maintain an inventory of all laptops with serial numbers, models, and status.
• Verify equipment is correctly assigned to users.
• Ensure desks and meeting rooms are well set up with neat cables.
