Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an Inventory & Archive Management Consultant for a six-month contract in College Park, GA. This role involves organizing and maintaining physical inventory and archived materials in a warehouse, performing data entry, and ensuring accuracy.

You will lift boxes up to 50 pounds, support counts, audits, and reconcile records, with on-site work. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory and archive information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, categorize, and maintain boxes, archived materials, and inventory within the warehouse
• Receive, locate, retrieve, and relocate physical inventory and archived records as needed
• Maintain organized and clearly identified warehouse and archive storage areas
• Track inventory and archived materials and assist with routine counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Enter and update inventory, archive, and location information in computer systems or spreadsheets
• Verify quantities, locations, and records and identify discrepancies
• Label, catalog, and prepare materials for storage, retrieval, distribution, or shipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records
• Follow established inventory, records-management, warehouse, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with other inventory, archive, and operational projects as assigned
