Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring an Install Apprentice to work with Lead Technicians installing custom closets, home offices, and other systems. You’ll learn on the job in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment and expect to advance to Installer within 4–6 weeks.

We offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a clear path to Lead Technician earning up to $40/hour. Monday–Friday schedule, tools and training provided, franchise location specific.

Qualifications

• No degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Comfortable using a drill and measuring tape and enjoying hands-on home projects.
• Motivated, organized, and customer-focused to support installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Technicians with installation of closets and home-organizing systems.
• Learn on-the-job in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and advance through training.
• Grow into Lead Installer roles with a clear path to higher earnings.
