Job summary

TRCC Transport, Inc. is seeking a preventative maintenance technician for our Tiarco plant to ensure safe and efficient routine and preventative maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and overall facility upkeep.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Work is on-site, Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime as needed; benefits available after 30 days.

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a 2-year industrial maintenance degree.
Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

Observe all company policies and perform duties in a safe, efficient and courteous manner.
Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, mixers, boilers, air compressors and production machines.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints; use measuring instruments to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Assist outside contractors when applicable and maintain accurate maintenance records.
