Job summary

Pratt Industries in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Industrial Maintenance Apprentice. This full-time position provides on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and growth potential.

You will learn electrical construction, maintenance, and safety under supervision, with a 1st Shift during apprenticeship. As you gain skills, duties expand to preventative maintenance, quick response to failures, and proper paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and progressively increase knowledge in electrical construction and installation.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repair.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain product quality.
• Read and interpret factory masters; use tape measure.
• Independent problem solving as skills increase.
