Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Dependability and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with assembly, manufacturing, or machine building.
• Technical or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machines using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Fit, align, and install mechanical parts including frames, shafts, bearings, fasteners, and related systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and rework as required during the build process.
• Collaborate with electrical assemblers, engineering, and productions teams to complete builds.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the production floor.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
