Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to join our manufacturing team in High Point, North Carolina.

You will supervise a team of 20 to 30 employees at our manufacturing plant, directing the department's production of HVAC structural frames and ensuring timely, efficient output. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with daily production reporting and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Hands-on leader with strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 20–30 person manufacturing team on the shop floor.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output.
• Coach, mentor, and manage employee performance and safety.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
• Apply lean principles to improve productivity and quality.
