Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance support role in Chicago. The incumbent will assist building engineers with duties, uphold safety and organization standards, and help ensure hotel operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include working under the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer, maintaining a professional demeanor, and adhering to hotel standards. This position requires being a current IUOE Local 399 member and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded, highly organized work style.
• Ability to access ceilings/ceilings via ladders.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Maintains a clean, tidy work area.
• Performs duties as assigned by Engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist building engineers in all duties.
• Follow hotel standards and maintain professionalism.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer.
