Job summary

The Langham Chicago is seeking a hands-on Facilities Assistant to support the engineering team in maintaining a premier hotel experience. You will assist building engineers with daily tasks and uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, dependable, and professional, with a High school diploma and current IUOE Local 399 membership. This full-time role offers benefits per CBA, meals on duty, and hotel accommodations for

Qualifications

• Works in a safe, prudent, and highly organized manner.
• Ability to climb ladders to access ceilings and high walls.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Maintains a clean and tidy work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer.
• Always conducts self in a most professional manner to reflect the Hotel standards.
• Current member in good standing with IUOE Local 399.
