Langham Hospitality Group seeks a maintenance associate to assist building engineers in daily hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, supporting the engineering team, and adhering to professional standards. Experience with safety, organization, and teamwork is valued for this on-site role at The Langham Chicago.

Qualificações

• Guest/Client focused, detail orientated
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
• Current IUOE Local 399 member in good standing

Responsible for assisting building engineers in all duties.

Job Requirements

• Works in a safe, prudent, and highly organized manner
• Ability to climb ladders to access ceilings and high walls
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Maintains a clean and tidy work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer
• Always conducts self in a most professional manner to reflect the Hotelstandards
• Current member in good standing with IUOE Local 399

Education Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience/Behaviors Required

• Guest/Client focused, detail orientated individual
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
• Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility
• Demonstrates high degree of drive and determination
