Twin Peaks is seeking a Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best-in-class dishes while upholding strict food quality, sanitation, and safety standards. You will maintain clean, organized stations and adhere to uniform guidelines, working as part of a close-knit HOH team.

You will train using tablets or a computer, follow prep recipes and line builds, check ingredient quality, and carry out duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes.
• Ability to follow standardized kitchen procedures.
