KR Wolfe, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Equipment Service Technician with a background in plumbing, mechanical systems, or biomedical equipment service to support Getinge healthcare equipment projects.

The role emphasizes installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of sterilizers, cart washers, sonic/ultrasonic cleaning systems, and related equipment. This is a hands-on mechanical/service position focused on field work and equipment maintenance, not sterile processing.

Qualifications

Experience in plumbing or biomedical equipment service.
Experience servicing or installing sterilizers, autoclaves, cart washers, ultrasonic cleaners, or similar equipment is desirable.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and service sterilizers, cart washers, sonic cleaners, and related healthcare equipment.
Perform plumbing and mechanical work for installation and service.
Work with water supply, drain, steam, valves, fittings, pumps, and related connections.
Troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and equipment issues.
Assist with equipment removal, replacement, positioning, leveling, and installation.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Read installation manuals, equipment specs, diagrams, and drawings.
Document service work and conditions; capture project photos.
Coordinate with project managers and facility personnel.
Travel to customer locations as required.
