Job summary

State of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services, J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center in Morganton, seeks a Health Care Technician II (S) Shift Supervisor to provide direct hands-on supervision of HCT I staff and deliver competency-based training.

The role includes training through modeling, observation, and feedback; supervising about 10 HCT I positions; and ensuring residents receive daily living support.

Qualifications

• CPI, CPR, Body Mechanics and lifting training required.
• Shift supervision of HCT I staff.
• Experience with daily living activities and goal programs.
• Must be in good standing with NC Health Care Personnel registry.

Responsibilities
