Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a hands-on Hardware Systems Integration Intern to help design, test and validate high-reliability 3D printers. You will work across mechanical, electrical and firmware teams, building test setups and writing Python tools for reliability studies.

Requirements include a portfolio of prior engineering work and an up-to-date resume. The internship runs Winter/Spring 2027, onsite in Somerville, MA with full-time commitment and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of engineering work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and run studies to characterize printer performance.
• Build test setups to evaluate subsystem reliability.
