Job summary

PulseForge is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design hardware for its pulsed-light systems. You will cover power delivery, precision instrumentation, controls, and system integration, collaborating across electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and applications teams from concept to customer deployment.

You will join a growing electrical engineering team responsible for every board that ships, seeing your work from concept to production and field performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering; 2+ years designing hardware.
• Strong fundamentals across analog, digital and power delivery.
• Hands-on bench experience with measurement equipment and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematics, select components, and evaluate design trade-offs from concept to release.
• Gather system specifications and define requirements.
• Plan PCB layouts with signal integrity, thermal performance, and EMI considerations.
