Job summary

- Ability to work year-round and adapt to seasonal tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain flower beds, lawns, and guest areas; operate irrigation.
- Perform repairs, basic carpentry, painting, and weatherization as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prep cabins for seasons.
- Keep tools and equipment organized and maintained.
