Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support marketing initiatives and create visual assets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will work with marketing professionals, designers, and sales teams to produce a range of materials for internal communications and external brand marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail and organization, basic file management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and production of marketing materials across digital and print channels.
• Create and update external-facing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, event materials, email graphics, and promotional content.
• Support development of internal materials including sales tools, employee communications, and company presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams on various projects and campaigns.
• Help organize design files, assets, and project libraries to maintain efficient workflows.
• Prepare files for production following brand standards and specs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
• Learn industry best practices through real-world projects and mentorship.
