The Imagine Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support marketing initiatives and produce a wide range of visual assets. You will collaborate with marketing professionals, designers, and sales teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Shakopee.

Ideal candidates are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess a strong portfolio. You will learn from experienced creatives while delivering meaningful work from day one.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including basic knowledge of file management and asset organization
• A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Portfolio showcasing design work, course projects, or relevant creative experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials across digital and print channels.
• Create and update external-facing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, event materials, email graphics, and promotional content.
• Support the development of internal-facing materials including sales tools, employee communications, and company presentations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams on a variety of projects and campaigns.
• Help organize design files, assets, and project libraries to maintain efficient workflows.
• Prepare files for production while following established brand standards and design specifications.
• Participate in create brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Learn industry best practices through real-world projects and mentorship from experienced team members.
