marcjaxllc seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead a Pizza Hut in Virginia, Minnesota. You will be on the floor during peak times, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction while managing labor and costs.

You’ll recruit and coach the team, oversee scheduling, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values advancement within a large multi-brand organization.

Competenze

• Experience leading high-volume QSR operations.
• Proven track record running shifts and stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory and metrics.

Mansioni

• Lead from the floor during peak periods, operating make line, oven, register and drive-thru.
• Own quality, service, cleanliness, brand standards, food safety and inventory control.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop team members and future leaders.
• Schedule labor and analyze P&L, controlling labor and food costs.
• Drive guest experience and sales through operational excellence.
