Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and workforce planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and customer contracts.
• Report performance metrics to the Regional Manager.
• Oversee inventory management and team scheduling.
