Five Guys in Atlanta is seeking a REAL leader to build and guide a motivated crew. You will own operations, coach the team, ensure customer excellence and drive growth with hands-on training.

You’ll manage in a fast-paced environment, contribute to community engagement, and participate in a bonus plan tied to food safety, guest experience and financial performance. Starting pay is $15–$17.50 per hour with tips and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and growing the business.
