Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs Plymouth is seeking a motivated General Manager who will own the restaurant, develop a strong team, and drive results. You will lead daily operations and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership, open availability, ServSafe certification, and 2 years of QSR experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules, control costs, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able and willing to work a 45-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining Jersey Mike’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, and retain a strong team.
• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and future leaders.
• Build effective weekly schedules based on projected sales, business volume, availability, and labor goals.
• Monitor and achieve store KPI and profitability goals, including sales, labor, food cost, waste, and guest satisfaction.
• Complete inventory accurately and manage cash and financial controls.
