Job summary

Don's Garage Doors is seeking a Sales & Service Consultant to blend consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You will meet homeowners, build trust, propose solutions, close the sale, and perform the repair yourself.

Training is provided, including sessions in Phoenix, AZ and in-market visits. We offer uncapped commissions with first-year earnings often in the $60K–$90K+ range, company vehicle, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales.
• 21 years old and valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.

Responsibilities

• Sell: meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust, explain options, and close repairs or upgrades.
• Repair: replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads and run wiring; test and lubricate for proper operation.
• Serve: deliver an outstanding customer experience and collect payments; earn repeat and referral business.
