Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a hands-on Forging Operator to manufacture self-piercing rivets (SPR) with a six-station cold heading machine. You will follow work instructions, ensure quality, and operate multiple machines, reporting to supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong mechanical skills, with experience reading part and tooling prints, using calipers

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate six-station cold heading machines for SPR production
• Follow work instructions and procedures to maintain quality
• Understand and operate machine controls and adjust tooling as needed
• Troubleshoot quality issues during production
• Maintain required production numbers while minimizing scrap
• Run multiple machines across the shift
• Follow 5-S principles
