Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to support improvement initiatives and business decisions.
Spend time on the production floor gathering insights and learning how manufacturing processes work in real time.
Partner with employees across multiple departments to gain exposure to various roles and career paths within manufacturing.
Contribute to projects that support efficiency, product quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Learn how industry-leading potato and vegetable products are produced from start to finish.
Present findings and recommendations from internship projects to site leadership and key stakeholders.
