Job summary

Convertible Solutions in Sedalia, MO is hiring a Flexo Press Operator and Maintenance Technician to run the Gallus flexographic press and support maintenance across the facility. You’ll set up, operate, and monitor jobs, manage dies, rollers, inks, glues, and other components, and ensure on-time, quality output.

You’ll also train the Flexo Press Assistant and help keep equipment in top condition. The role requires a hands-on problem solver with mechanical skills and the ability to work safely in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electrical systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor the Gallus flexographic press.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Provide maintenance support for facility equipment and forklifts.
• Direct and train the Flexo Press Assistant on setup and processes.
• Maintain organized maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
