Job summary

Convertible Solutions in Sedalia, MO is hiring a Flexo Press Operator and Maintenance Technician to run the Gallus flexographic press and support maintenance across the facility. You’ll set up, operate, and monitor jobs, manage dies, rollers, inks, glues, and other components, and ensure on-time, quality output.

You’ll also train the Flexo Press Assistant and help keep equipment in top condition. The role requires a hands-on problem solver with mechanical skills and the ability to work safely in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance is a plus.

We create innovative products that help our customers save time and reduce waste while delivering outstanding quality.We’re looking for a mechanically skilled, hands-on team member who can take ownership of our flexographic press operations while also supporting the maintenance and reliability of our production equipment.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with complex equipment, and being involved in both production and maintenance.Schedule: Full-timeSchedule may vary based on production and maintenance needs.What You’ll DoAs a Flexo Press Operator / Maintenance Technician, you’ll operate and maintain our Gallus flexographic press, help ensure jobs are completed safely and to quality standards, and provide maintenance support for equipment throughout the facility.
